Lots of tropical fruit trees on land.Beautiful screened Lanai to enjoy the jungle comfortably without being eaten by mosquitos. One queen in bedroom, 1 king in living room plus couch can be transformed into a double bed as well. House contains landline that can be used free of charge for local (808) calls. Also contains highspeed WiFi.
Bright and friendly one bedroom, one bathroom house. spacy rooms. Screend Lanai with couch, chairs and table. Living room contains king size bed, couch that can be transformed into a double bed and table to eat. Bathroom contains bathtub. Well-maintained 1 acre property. House is in the back and cannot be seen from the street. In front of house is a studio that is rented out to a single mom. So you do not need to be afraid of being alone in the jungle but still have all the privacy you could wish. Neighbours are close too but you are protected by lush green. Parking possible right in front of the house. Washer and Dryer.
My kitchen only contains vegan food and this has to stay this way. If you need to eat animal products do so when not on my property. My stuff in addition is also organic, gluten- and sugarfree. There is a big refrigerator including huge freezing department. Blender available, coffee grinder, cafetiera, regular coffee maker, toaster, oven etc.

Please be conscious with the resources. Electricity in Hawaii is extremely expensive and water is on catchment, which is shared with the studio in front of my house.
It’ safe, tranquil, lots of privacy and still close access to nice neighbors, beautiful jungle like lush green seeting and in the middle of everything! You need max. 1/2 hour to Hilo, 15 min. to Pahoa, 1/2 hour to go lava viewing, 45 min to Volcano National Park … etc.
